At the end of the month (unless you choose otherwise), you will receive an electronic invoice for your journey(s). You never have to pay in the vehicle.
We may only drive your vehicle if it has comprehensive insurance. Before the ride, you sign an agreement stating that your vehicle has comprehensive insurance, that you agree with the terms and conditions and that the driver is authorised to move the vehicle during the wait if necessary.
Our drivers have had their driver's licence for at least two years, receive in-house training and are assessed twice on public roads. We only allow defensive and responsible drivers to drive your vehicle. To maintain personal contact with the client, the manager will also take on as many trips as possible.
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your ride via email. If you cancel within 24 hours before the ride, a cancellation fee of 3 working hours will be charged.
Yes, Private Drivers will then rent a vehicle of your choice. In doing so, we look for a reliable, cost-effective rental service.
Yes, last-minute bookings are generally not a problem because of our quick response times. However, we are bound by the availability of our drivers. So if you want to be 100% sure of a driver, it is best to schedule as early as possible.
Yes, we drive both inside and outside Belgium and are also available for several consecutive days, such as for a conference or a city trip of several days.

If you are a new client, you are first introduced to the manager. The manager assigns you a driver. The driver will come to your home. He will transport you to your destination in your own fully insured vehicle. Afterwards, the driver brings you back home and departs with his own vehicle/bicycle, etc.
We work with two formulas. A Private Driver costs €19.95/hr. A Business Driver costs €24.95/hour. During Sundays and holidays, both formulas cost € 29.95/hr.
A minimum purchase of 3 working hours applies for each booking.

If you are already familiar with a particular driver, we will schedule him or her for your journeys wherever possible. However, we are bound by the availability of our drivers.
